Your local GP (Doctors Surgery) can offer you free confidential advice on all health related subjects. You can see either a doctor or a nurse and you do not need to disclose any details about your appointment with anyone other than the person you are seeing. If you are under 16 you do not need to have parental permission to see a doctor or a nurse and you don't need to be accompanied to an appointment.
